  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional time or incur higher shipping fees. If you are in a remote area, you will be notified of any extra charges during the checkout process.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, Horizon Hato is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
